Originally launched in 2018, the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics will host its fifth annual international case conference this October, 2022. The Lazaridis International Case Conference, or LazICC, is a business-technology themed case conference for post-secondary students. Top undergraduate students from across the globe come together to compete in to two live cases, network with leading organizations, and experience Canadian and Waterloo culture. The conference is a unique combination of learning, networking, and competing.
"The Lazaridis International Case Conference aims to expose delegates to new technology in Canada's Silicon Valley by providing opportunities to learn from industry experts, compete with top international business schools, and network with professionals from the world's most innovative organizations."
Delegates will have the opportunity to gain a stronger understanding of how new technology influences businesses.
Delegates will put their business acumen, teamwork, and communication to the test in a 5-hour and 24-hour case competition against some of the best schools in the world.
The conference will include several networking events where students can ask questions and learn practical knowledge.
