To opt-out of this policy, please contact us to have your details removed from our servers. We reserve the right to reply to any requests in 60 business days from your request.

SITE MEDIA

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact FormsContacts forms are on onerun.ca in various formats and offer users the ability to contact specific teams or groups within the LazICC organization. Details on contacts forms may be shared within the organization in order to route your enquiry to the correct person(s) for a response.

Delegates who use the profiles section of this website have their information stored within Webflow's 256-bit encrypted servers and is removed following the conclusion of the conference. We use Memberstack to manage and delegate logins and signups with information stored in Stripe.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Log data collection

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. Our Site does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
